Captcha not showing for some users on website, but works for others

Hi, 

We are having a captcha issue for some users where the captcha does not display to sign up for a service, but it does display for other users. We verified that the working and non working users are in the same OU, same AnyConnect version, same Window's version , same Umbrella policy etc. We did notice that google traffic is proxied around the main url web events, but it was for me too as a test user and I could get the captcha to display. Any body else have this issue? When we turn off Roaming Security for the affected users the captcha is then displayed. But again with Roaming Security on, it still worked for some of us. Thank you.
