DNS with optimum

I am having trouble configuring opendns with my optimum router. It is a D-Link Dir 868L. I have to do it through the optimum webiste. The two options it gives me are DNS Management and under that it says DNS Server and allows me to Manually configure DNS Servers However after I type in the number Opendns tells me to enter 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220. However, it keeps saying Error: Device failed processiong request. 

The second option is obtain DNS Servers Automatically so I can't type in anything there. 

I'm not sure if I'm missing a step or something. Please help!
