Update dynamic IP address with router
Hello,
I'm sure this has already been asked and answered, but I cannot find a relevant post.
If possible I'd like to use a router to update OpenDNS with my dynamic IP address, instead of using the software DNSupdater.
Is this possible and what info do I need (username, password, update address)?
This is more of a general question (ie. not specific to 1 brand of router) but I do use Draytek and Araknis routers.
Also, my understanding of the free OpenDNS account is that I set my router DNS to the OpenDNS servers, and then if I have an account then (assuming my dynamic IP has been updated) I will have customisable control over the filters in use.
If I do not update IP address then the filtering reverts back to the default OpenDNS filter.
Is this correct?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please follow these steps to configure your router:
Step 1: Login to your router via the default gateway address.
Step 2: Enter your router credentials into the login page.
Device Username Password.
Step 3: Next, locate the Dynamic DNS (DDNS) settings.
Step 4: On the DDNS page, select No-IP as the service provider. This may help you,
