Sites not being blocked - possibly because of IPV6 Address?

Hi, been scratching my head over this for a while. I have blocked sites for example www.twiter.com, but I can still access on my laptop and my other devices. I have cleared my cache on all these devices but it's still coming as unblocked.

I have an IPv4 & a IPv6 address. 

Below is what I got configured on my router: This is the only place I could see on the Router to enter the DNS in. My router: ZHXN H298A

I have my IPv4 address as a network on Opendns as In didn't see any option to add a IPv6 address. I get the following when I check if I am using OpenDNS

here is a command for more info that I ran.
