Access to restricted sites/categories

There are times when someone will need temporarily access to sites that are in the restricted categories. There should perhaps be on sites that are restricted an option to request from the account administrator to authorize access for that site. The request should state for how long he would need access and for what purpose. Upon approval, it should only let for the device requesting and time requested.

  You hopefully understand that this is only a DNS service right?
  I'm not sure if they would be willing to implement such an advanced access-control-service (ACS) per account.
  But if they would, it would be nice to be able to use it as a free service :)
