Is there issues with OpenDNS. 2 weeks of issues.
I have had complaints from customers that they are having issues with accessing web sites.
I went into my Cisco Umbrella MSP Console today and I cant get to any Policy. it just spins and says loading.
Is OpenDNS having issues?
I have submited a ticket last week. Nothing yet. Each day I need to remove the OpenDNS client from user computers. When the uesrs try to open a site it just sits and spins. Or it is really really slow. As soon as Umbrella is removed. eveyhing is super fast and no issues.
Never have I seen this issue before.
What is crazy is that the user is still using OpenDNS via the DNS IP address with no issues. It seems to be just the client. This is with multiple clients, diffrent ISP's, Windows 10 machines.
I will just keep uninstalling until I hear somthing from support.
