Porn blocked

I assume you mean how to block porn on a android device. And only on that device ? Well if you use the opendns only on that device and not the router to block yourself from porn then you can enable the filters from your account. But the device is portable so the block isn't going to work for LTE or other wifi.

Hello,
You will need to use one of the OpenDNS services such as family Shield, Home Basics or VIP plans (https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/). As "stefanos_941" alluded to this will not work when using Cellular services.
To configure the device to work with OpenDNS review this link (https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/228009007-Android-Configuration-instructions-for-OpenDNS).

As OpenDNS now supports DoT (https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4418984676756-DNS-Over-TLS-Opendns) you can block these sites on newer versions of Android by setting a Private DNS (on Samsung Android 12 it's Settings>Connections>More Connection Settings). Set the private DNS to familyshield.opendns.com
This will work on both WiFi and Cellular without any further configuration changes.
