Hi-- Your question sounds quite reasonable to me. Who are they who are shutting you off? I check my stats maybe once a year, and I don't think that I've ever gone dormant (unless I'm dormant now but don't realize it?). Wishing you a solution to this issue. d

That's how it used to work for me, too. I'd check it once a blue moon. If I found anything funky, I could go back quite far. As long as my subscription was paid, I had access. Then at some point, I logged in to find zero stats. When I contacted support, the gentleman told me that, paid subscription or not, if I don't log in at least every two weeks, they stop logging my stats. I'm a home user, FFS. I really can't be eating up a lot of space on their servers. It's very frustrating to faithfully pay my subscription yet have no access to my own stats beyond the last time I got them to fix it for me again because I'd let more than 2 weeks lapse again. I suppose I could understand this policy were I a huge enterprise, logging tomes of data. I'm wondering how you've escaped this draconian policy. Whatever it is, shhhh! Maybe they won't find you. And thanks for your good wishes.
