Is it possible to get the list of domains under a given tag?

Is it possible to get the list of domains under a given tag? For example, how to get the list of domains that are tagged as "Gambling".

    Unfortunately such a list does not exist and even if it did it would be out of date almost immediately after it was created due to the creation of thousands of domains a day.

    Even if it's out of date, opendns must be having several domains listed under each tag. Let's say as of today, whatever known domains and corresponding tags are there with opendns, is it possible to download such data? May be like having two columns in excel where first column shows the domain name and second column shows corresponding tags. e.g.
