Private IP & Filtering

What happens if sometimes I get a private IP address (starting 10.x.X.X) from my ISP to the filtering capability in my OpenDNS account? Because sometimes when I check the block domain stats, I see some websites I think that have not requested from my home network side, does this related to the private IP provided by my ISP?

  A private IP address is one that is used by home networking devices all over the world behind their routers. They're reserved for private networks like homes and businesses, and so we can't register them. For more about private addresses, please read this article: http://whatismyipaddress.com/private-ip
